Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care is seeking a Business Office Manager for our Minot facility. This is a daytime schedule with a stable team and direct working access to the Administrator.

What you'll own:

• Resident trust accounts, private pay billing, and monthly statements

• Medicaid and Medicare billing, claim submission, and denial follow-up

• Medicaid pending applications, tracking, and communication with county workers and families

• Accounts receivable, collections, and aging review

• Census reporting, admission and discharge paperwork, and payer verification

• Payroll input, new hire paperwork, and personnel file maintenance

• Month-end close and financial reporting alongside the Administrator

What we're looking for:

• Business office, billing, or accounts receivable experience, preferably in long term care

• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare billing, or the ability to learn it quickly

• Strong organization and follow-through on open claims

• Professionalism and patience with families navigating coverage and cost
