You'll partner closely with hiring managers to run efficient, high-quality searches from open to close, bringing a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every stage of the hiring process.You WillOwn the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the business, including sourcing, applicant review, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closingPartner with hiring managers on hiring strategy to help build inclusive, high-performing teamsDevelop thoughtful sourcing strategies and proactively identify talent for priority and hard-to-fill rolesDeliver a candidate experience that reflects Noom's values at every touchpointUse data to drive decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomesLeverage AI tools and emerging technology to streamline recruiting workflows, continuously refining processes for greater speed and qualityBring consistency and rigor to hiring practices in partnership with the PBP and Talent Acquisition teamsAbout YouIf you're interested in shaping the future of health by building high-performing, mission-aligned teams, this role may be for you!You Have4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environmentsA track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and levelsStrong sourcing skills and the ability to develop creative approaches to finding and engaging talentComfort operating in ambiguity and finding practical, creative solutions to hiring challengesHands-on experience with ATS and scheduling tools; Greenhouse and GoodTime experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility with hiring partnersA deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the processThe ability to work quickly and independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environmentWhat Makes This Job AmazingHigh impact and visibility. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.This role is based in our Princeton office with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).Noom is a leading whole-person health platform on a mission to help people live better, longer.
