Consultant HSE

Job Description

In joining GH Connective in the role of Consultant HSE, you will be able to intervene on the following missions:

Perform thorough evaluations of risks related to client operations and propose adapted solutions.
Advise on the implementation of HSE policies and procedures compliant with current regulations.
Design and deliver personalized training to sensitize employees to best HSE practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to implement immediate corrective measures.
Participate in in-depth investigations in case of incidents, identifying root causes and proposing sustainable solutions.
Provide strategic support for the development of an organizational culture focused on safety and sustainability.

Required Profile

You are a graduate from an engineering school or hold a Bac +5 (Master), and you have successful initial experience in the industrial sector in the QHSE field.

Excellent knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
Advanced skills in communication, report writing, and presentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mind and capacity to solve problems proactively.
