Entry Level Production Assembly
Seeking a detail-oriented SMT Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, and process electronic components using automated manufacturing equipment.

Entry Level Production Assembly Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)
- Operate SMT production equipment and replenish component feeders as needed.
- Set up and run automated placement machines to assemble electronic components on circuit boards.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality and identify defects or failed units.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine machine maintenance and document production and quality data.
Entry Level Production Assembly Qualifications:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
