Commercial Loan Closer

A local bank is expanding its Commercial Loan Closing department and is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closer to join the team for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial loan processing and closing experience , with a strong focus on commercial real estate loans . Five years of experience with C&I loans is preferred. Responsibilities Review loan closing documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper due diligence Manage the closing and post-closing delivery process for assigned loans Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners to ensure timely loan closings Perform due diligence and work closely with assigned attorneys Work directly with customers to complete all required closing documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial loan closing Some college coursework preferred Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork skills If you are interested, please respond to this ad or email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
