Job Title & Requisition Job Requisition #: 034610 – 1st Shift Die Cutter Operator (Open) Role Overview Under direct supervision, performs entry‑level routine activities associated with various types of assembly machine operation and/or setup. Responsibilities Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided. Carry out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications. Maintains logs and records of units produced. Reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Follows safety regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge & Skills Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team. Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery. Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment. Compensation Compensation range: $17.55 – $28.03 annually. A competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $23.32 and $23.32. The starting rate may vary based on market data, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
