You’ll handle repairs, texture matching, Level 5 finishing, and professional painting on residential and light commercial projects. Responsibilities Drywall repair — small and large patches, crack repair, water‑damage restoration Level 5 finishing — skim coating, surface prep, flawless final surfaces Texture matching — orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, custom blends Interior painting — brush, roll, spray, cut‑in work, color matching Jobsite professionalism — communication, cleanliness, customer interaction Daily travel — reliable transportation to jobs across the local service area Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in drywall finishing and/or painting Proven ability to perform Level 5 finish work Expert texture matching skills across multiple texture types Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Must have legal authorization to work in the USA Fluent in reading and writing English Must have dependable transportation ⭐ Preferred Qualities Self‑starter who can work independently Customer‑friendly communication style Ability to assess repairs and recommend best‑practice solutions Consistent, high‑quality craftsmanship
