Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Leadership Team
Beratung von Fach- und Führungskräften sowie Betriebsrentnern in allen relevanten Personal- bzw. Rentenfragen
Begleitung des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycles (vom Ein- bis zum Austritt) inkl. Talent Management für die Business Unit
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und weiteren externen Stellen
DEIN PROFIL
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder Vergleichbares
Fundierte fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position als HR-Manager vorzugsweise in einem international produzierenden Unternehmen
Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, wünschenswert ist baden-württembergischen IG Metall Tarifvertrag sowie Rentenrecht
Sehr gute Analyse- und Konzeptionsfähigkeit, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung und übergreifendes Denken und Handeln
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Compensation Information
The expected pay range for this position is 89.982 - 111.352 annually.
Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other objective job-related factors. This position may be eligible for a bonus or other incentive plan, as well as other forms of compensation.
