Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Grill cook for our client. This job involves preparing and cooking a variety of grilled foods according to the menu, ensuring proper temperatures and attractive presentation. You’ll maintain a clean and safe workstation, help with ingredient prep, monitor inventory needs, and support smooth kitchen operations.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, including meats, vegetables, and other items as per the menu.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
