Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) on a rehabilitation floor in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing inpatient care at a busy rehabilitation hospital with a focus on patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and other neurological conditions. The nurse will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and every other weekend requirement.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania nursing license or accepted license from a compact state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings; familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic; compassionate personality fit.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a 59-bed inpatient rehab hospital with a multidisciplinary team. Nurses are responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.
