Primary Responsibilities Answering in‑coming and in‑house calls Taking and handling emergency and doctor calls Taking and directing maintenance calls Placing restrictions on/off of phones, such as Do Not Disturb Taking and giving wake‑up calls Taking text messages and typing in computer Learn all extension numbers and (1800) employees (where they work) In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria in addition to the Ten Essential Attributes for All Employees.
