W.F. Hann & Sons are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Warrensville Heights, OH , location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
• Accountable for following all company safety procedures
• Manage maintenance agreements for potential new clients

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of HVAC work experience
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
