Material CoordinatorYou will be a Material Coordinator responsible for servicing and maintaining customer systems on-site, as well as performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Material Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for:Servicing and maintaining customer systems on-site, including troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices related to generator systemsOrdering materials, tools, and instruments as needed to complete tasksPreparing reports and maintaining records on equipment and preventive maintenance activitiesCompleting required paperwork in a timely and accurate mannerTroubleshooting failures in the service center and on customer locationsInstalling, maintaining, and repairing electronic devices related to generator systemsPracticing and promoting safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA and other required regulationsEnsuring that equipment is operating in accordance with manufacturer's specificationsServicing entire building systems, including all building componentsOperating a forklift and aerial lift in an efficient and safe mannerReading and interpreting diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's specifications to accomplish assigned tasksMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretionBasic Qualifications:Ability to perform tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction.Ability to oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.Able to implement the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters.Desired Skills:Background in servicing and maintaining customer systems on-site, including troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices related to generator systemsKnowledge of ordering materials, tools, and instruments as needed to complete tasks.Able to troubleshoot failures in the service center and on customer locationsBackground in practicing and promoting safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA and other required regulationsPay Information:* This position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) with an hourly wage of no less than per hour. This is a general summary and fringe benefits are governed by the contract. * For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
