Desired Qualifications Associate degree preferred; Familiarity with Greece Central School District and community; Excellent communication skills; Excellent organizational skills; Excellent time management; Experience working or volunteering with students and/or families; Preference given to parents of current or past students. Position Summary/Responsibilities Attend monthly parent coordinator meetings; Participate in monthly supervision/site visits; Help families gain knowledge and understanding of Greece Central School District; Learn the needs of students, families, and the community; Proactively build relationships diverse students and families; In collaboration with building leaders and the community schools team, empower and engage families; Participate in community schools/family engagement committees at the building level; Support the organization and facilitation of building-based and district family engagement events; Increase parent engagement opportunities within the building and district; Other duties as assigned. This position is building-based. Hours vary, 12 - 15 hours per week. In person availability during school hours is required.
