Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current CFY status
• Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation
• Provide both direct and consultative SLP services as identified by student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Engage students through creative, evidence-based approaches to maximize success
