A leading retail and consumer products company is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Specialist to be the face of their customer experience team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, returns, and general support
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance on a wide range of offerings
- Process orders, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and company offerings
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service, retail, or support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, professional, and a true team player
