Whether you're seating patients or preparing treatment rooms, your work as a Clinical Assistant keeps our team running smoothly and our patients cared for.What You'll Do:Supports the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Practice.Clean instruments, laboratories, and treatment rooms.Stock rooms appropriately.Seat and recover patients.Complete paperwork in patient charts.Follow all clinical related policies and procedures according to practice standards.Complete clinical logs and follow cleaning schedules.Complete pharmacy logs according to practice standards.Follow OSHA, AAAHC, and practice clinical guidelines.Complete day-to-day functions in a proficient manner consistent with practice policies, procedures, and mission statement.Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.What You'll Need:X-Ray Certification preferred but not required.Demonstrated understanding of sterilization principles, required.Understanding of HIPAA, required.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.What It Takes:Experience with surgery or oral surgery in a medical or dental practice, preferred.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Ability to assist with sedated patients.Prolonged periods of standing, stretching, lifting, and bending.How We'll Take Care of You:Medical, dental, visionLife InsuranceSupplemental BenefitsFlex-spending AccountsDependent Care AccountsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysTraining Programs401K Retirement, with employer contributionEmployee Discounts
