AMLAW 100- Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator | California Bar Required | 100% Remote (Las Vadas) | Up to $275k + Bonus + Full Benefits
\n \nWe’re partnering with a national litigation platform with a true 50-state footprint that’s expanding a Bay Area–based team and is open to attorneys working fully remote (California Bar required).
\n \nThis is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

- Remote Role — work from anywhere while supporting a busy CA defense practice \n
- Core Defense Work — Tort / General Liability / Products Liability / Catastrophic & Personal Injury \n

- Complex Case Exposure — product liability, mass torts, class actions, MDL, business torts, unfair competition, consumer protection, “bet-the-company” disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters \n
- Top-Tier Clients — includes major national companies across multiple industries (Fortune 100–level portfolio) \n
The Role
\n \n- \n
- Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters \n
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery \n
- Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel \n
- Support trial prep and strategic litigation work \n
Compensation

- Up to $275k depending on experience \n
Must-Haves

- Active California Bar (mandatory) \n
- 3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered) \n
- Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills \n
- Defense-side mindset \n
