Sr. Product Designer

Lead Product Designer We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our Client's Monetization team on a temporary contract basis. This team owns the front door to our product: acquisition flows and the purchase funnel across connected TVs, mobile, and web. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level designer looking for a high-impact, short-term engagement with a major streaming platform. You combine sharp craft with strategic thinking. You know that great design starts with deeply understanding the problem, and you can move fluidly between pixel-level execution and broader systems thinking. You're comfortable stepping into an established team and workflow quickly, bringing hands-on design leadership with minimal ramp-up time. You're also genuinely curious about how AI is changing the craft of design - you actively experiment with AI tools in your workflow, whether for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, or production, and you bring that fluency to how you work with the team. Your day to day: Design pixel-precise, on-brand experiences for our acquisition and purchase funnel, based on product requirements and partner feedback. Research the competitive landscape and shape user flows that account for new functionality, technology shifts, and revenue impact. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to develop compelling solutions across multiple problem spaces, including acquisition, conversion, and engagement. Keep in-flight projects moving as a point of continuity during the transition. Champion visual and functional consistency, while spotting chances to evolve our systems. Bring AI-forward thinking to design and team workflows - experimenting with and championing AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and production without compromising craft. Qualifications: 7+ years of product design experience, including experience operating at a lead or senior level, driving design decisions and partnering directly with senior cross-functional stakeholders. Strong UX and visual design skills, with an eye for simple, intuitive interfaces across multiple device types and form factors. Experience with acquisition, subscription, or purchase-funnel design is a strong plus. Demonstrated fluency with AI design tools and workflows (e.g., AI-assisted prototyping, generative design tools, research/synthesis tools) and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping the design process. Strong independent ownership and experience building consensus across stakeholders and adjusting quickly to shifting priorities. Ability to ramp quickly into an existing team, product, and design system, with minimal onboarding support. Ability to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple concepts under tight timelines. An impressive portfolio demonstrating deep functional understanding paired with modern visual design sensibility. Applicants without an online portfolio will not be considered.
