Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level About Us:

Were looking for an energetic and organized Office Representative to support our sales team and help build strong client relationships. This is an exciting entry-level marketing specialist role with excellent opportunities for growth and development. What Youll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and support.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
- Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, direct mail, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist customers with insurance education and needs-based reviews.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping people.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Team-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property & Casualty (must have or be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
