Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• School-based experience is valued, though not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, observations, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate student records
• Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Support seamless integration with virtual SLP providers, as needed
