This role will be pivotal in modernizing their infrastructure and driving change through the organization.Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + BonusPTO: Up to 15 days startingRetirement: 401(k) w/ MatchMedical: Individual and family plans availableOther: Hybrid schedule, travel neededLead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructureManage a team of infrastructure engineers and administratorsMaintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to datePartner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or technical lead roleExperience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365)Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systemsTiming is everything.
