Position Summary

The Director of Revenue Management leads the resort's revenue strategy and performance optimization efforts. This position works closely with the General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ownership and Operations teams to maximize RevPAR, GOP, occupancy, ADR, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies.
• Establish booking guidelines.
• Manage pricing, inventory, restrictions, and segmentation.
• Conduct Daily Business Review with Sales team and Weekly Strategy meeting with Sales and Operations team.
• Provide 30-60-90 window Transient and Group revenue, occupancy and segmentation updates on a weekly basis.
• Approve transient and group room rates.
• Optimize transient, corporate, group, wholesale, and online distribution business.
• SPGRN - F&B sales per group room management.
• Event and dining space revenue optimization.
• Produce forecasts and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience.
• Luxury resort brand experience in the Florida Keys preferred.
• Experience managing multi-segment revenue streams and commercial strategies.
