DescriptionBehavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts and was recognized by The Boston Globe as the 10th best employer in Massachusetts. You will oversee operational and clinical leadership, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and excellence across the organization.Lead a comprehensive business model that integrates operations, clinical care, and strategic initiativesOversee financial, material, and human resources to ensure sustainable growthEstablish strategic vision and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, equitable careCollaborate with community partners, providers, and agencies to expand access and servicesServe as a trusted advisor on complex behavioral health, substance use, and disability issuesFoster a culture that values equity, social justice, diversity, and accessibilityGuide executive leaders and unify teams to drive BHN’s mission forwardWho You Are:Master’s Degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or a related field requiredRelevant license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT) preferredMinimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in human services or healthcareNonprofit management experience strongly preferredKnowledge of health insurance, population health, and behavioral healthcare systemsVisionary leader with excellent communication and consensus-building skillsDemonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusionWe Hire for Purpose!Since 1938, BHN has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health services across Western Massachusetts.
