Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. BSN completion required. Requirements Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted. 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health. No current employment allowed within this program. Required Skills/ExperienceMinimum 1-year experience in MedSurg, Tele, or Critical Care units. Required CredentialsBLS, ACLS, and PALS must be through AHA or RQI. Special RequestsRTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed.Phone prescreen must be completed by clinician in order to receive offer. Shift & SchedulingEvery other weekend and holiday rotations.On-call 2 shifts per 4 weeks.
