As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain accurate logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate emergency services when needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
