Full-Time Maesa is hiring a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at its New York headquarters to run full-funnel campaigns for the incubator's beauty and fragrance brands. Integrated is the operative word: a mass-retail fragrance launch has to land simultaneously in social feeds, retailer media, PR mailboxes, and end-cap displays, the orchestration our marketing-secrets coverage takes apart channel by channel. About the Role The Senior Manager builds and executes campaign architectures across brands: launch strategies and briefs, channel planning spanning social, influencer, retail media, and in-store, agency and budget management, and post-mortems that turn results into the next brief. The role partners with brand leads, creative, and sales to keep message and shelf synchronized.
