Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate Evercrest Group | Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time Evercrest Group is expanding our team in Las Vegas, NV and is currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate to support our growing event marketing and promotional campaigns. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in event marketing, customer engagement, brand promotion, and leadership development . You’ll work directly with customers at live events and promotional campaigns while learning how successful marketing initiatives are executed from start to finish. No extensive marketing experience is required. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are eager to learn, work with people, and grow within a team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Support the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and promotional activations Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness and create positive experiences Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and campaign offerings Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face interactions Assist with event materials, displays, promotional setups, and campaign logistics Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication, presentation, and marketing skills Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, customer engagement, campaign performance, and leadership Track customer interactions, campaign results, and daily performance goals Take on additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Interest in marketing, events, promotions, customer engagement, or leadership Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Why Join Evercrest Group?
