Systems Engineer

What You’ll Do Provide Critical Site Support: Deliver on-site support at our Royersford imaging center and support our central imaging and file transfer environments (FISMA/IMGS). Manage Infrastructure: Own day‑to‑day operational responsibility for critical hardware and software, including high‑speed scanners, imaging tools, and file transfer management. Drive Maintenance & SLA Adherence: Lead daily maintenance activities to keep systems available and meet project SLAs. Handle Escalations & On-Call: Escalate technical issues properly and support off‑hour on‑call duties. Onboard Customers: Successfully onboard new Digital Solutions (DS) customers and process change requests for existing accounts. Optimize Processes: Improve existing standard processes and create comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence using industry‑proven best practices. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with Implementation and DevOps teams to roll out platform fixes and functional enhancements. What You’ll Bring Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four‑year college or university or over five years of dedicated IT industry work experience. Technical System Expertise: Extensive experience with remote‑control tools, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, SQL Database, and Active Directory. Specialized Software Skills: Direct experience deploying and troubleshooting Kofax (imaging software) and performing Batch class deployments. IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of Desktop, Server, and Network functions with on‑site technical support and hardware/software installation. Network & Scripting Skills: Foundational knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and desired PowerShell scripting experience. Project & Strategic Ability: Program/project management experience with strategic planning, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
