Learn more at superhuman.com.​The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Engineering, Product and Design leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support. You’ll help consolidate the Engineering, Product and Design teams to guide resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization across both near-term planning cycles and long-term strategy. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, helping leaders evaluate trade-offs and make smart, mission-aligned decisions. As a trusted finance partner, you’ll empower teams to operate with clarity and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engineering, Product and Design related Strategic Finance activities for the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across operating expenses and headcountDevelop and drive reporting that includes financial performance, detailed reporting of key expense and other metrics, and executive level explanations of variances and trendsBuild scalable financial processes and use AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and deliver real-time visibility to Engineering, Product, and Design leadershipLead the preparation of financial analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for financial updates to finance leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally across teams and functions to ensure alignment and financial rigor behind investment strategies.Collaborate with Business Unit Finance teams to improve and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningConduct ad hoc financial analyses, scenario planning, and driver-based modeling to support strategic initiatives.Qualifications3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fieldsBachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplineAdvanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to independently build end-to-end, assumption-driven models from scratchExpert-level Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and automation of recurring analysesProficient in SQL, with hands-on experience writing complex queries, performing data extraction and transformation, and maintaining data integrity across sourcesAbility to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are met in a timely mannerAbility to distill complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insightsProven track record of influencing business decisions through data, clear communication, and strong analytical judgmentExcellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skillsCompensation and BenefitsSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)Disability and life insurance options401(k) and RRSP matchingPaid parental leave20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick timeGenerous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)Annual professional development budget and opportunitiesSuperhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
