Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.**We're seeking a talented **Full Stack Senior Developer** to join our dynamic team.In this role, you'll work on building and maintaining modern web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members in an agile environment.**What You'll Do*** You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining full stack applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems.* Your day-to-day work will involve building responsive user interfaces, integrating with APIs, and contributing to our application architecture.* You'll participate actively in agile ceremonies, pair programming sessions, and code reviews while helping to deliver high-quality software solutions.**Required Skills and Experience*** You should have solid experience with React, CSS and JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features and front-end development best practices. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration is essential, along with experience consuming and building APIs.* We're looking for someone who thrives in agile environments and has demonstrated experience working in scrum teams.* You should be comfortable with version control systems like Git and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle processes.* Experience with .NET framework or similar backend technologies (such as Java, Python/Django, or Node.js) would be valuable.* Familiarity with Oracle or other enterprise relational databases (like Azure SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) is a must.* Knowledge of Azure is preferred, though experience with other major cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is also fine.* We'd also love to see experience with AI technologies and CI/CD pipelines.**Who You Are*** You're a collaborative team player with strong communication skills who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* You have a few years of professional software development experience and are comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.* You're passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving your craft.#LI-BS1#LI-REMOTE**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
