Opportunity: CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesia services in a medically directed model at a 1:3 ratio (maximum 1:4)
• Full-time coverage needed across a variety of surgical and procedural areas
• Shift times vary according to daily assignment: 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday; weekend night shifts also required 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule consists of 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week
• Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Patient population includes all ages across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Special procedures include Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
• CRNAs perform epidurals without a doctor present; blocks are not within scope for CRNAs in this role
• Required skills include GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound techniques
• EMR system: Epic
• Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required
• Active PA license required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

Facility: This is a large acute care hospital with 593 beds and a Level I Trauma designation, supporting a wide and complex case mix across numerous surgical and procedural specialties. The facility features a robust anesthesia department with exposure to advanced subspecialties including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro and spine, robotics, and pediatric surgery, among others.
