Production Associate

We're looking for a Production Associate to join a team in Bolton, MA and help build the physical models used in that training. This is a hands-on role built for people who work well with their hands and take pride in getting the details right, no matter what industry that skill came from. If you've spent years doing precise, physical work in auto body, food service, home repair, construction, or manufacturing, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Build and assemble simulation models using molds, epoxy, paint, and finishing tools Sand, buff, and smooth parts to meet exact specifications Operate power and hand tools, including saws, safely and accurately Check finished work against quality standards before it moves forward Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the next task Help troubleshoot equipment issues and handle routine upkeep Track materials as you use them Work closely with a small team to hit daily production goals What you bring Proven years of hands-on experience working with your hands in any physical trade, auto body, food service or kitchen work, home repair, construction, manufacturing, or similar Comfortable and safe working with saws, power tools, and production equipment Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in consistent, high-quality work A team player who communicates openly and is eager to learn new processes Follows established procedures and checks in with a supervisor when something's unclear, rather than working around the process.
