Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role supervises housekeeping staff and establishes cleaning standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and train housekeeping staff Ensure team adherence to cleanliness and service standards Operations Management Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols Quality Control Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation Maintain consistent service quality across all areas Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals Qualifications 3–5+ years of housekeeping experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards Working Conditions May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Fast-paced, service-oriented environment Preferred Experience (Optional) Experience in hotels, resorts, or large facilities Bilingual abilities are a plus The above noted job description is not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned but rather to provide a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of this position.
