Job Title: Roving Leasing Agent
Hourly Salary: $21.00 -$23.00

Schedule: Full Time

What We Are Looking For

Flexible and driven Roving Leasing Agent who can step in and support multiple communities as needed. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, thrives in changing environments, and can quickly learn new properties, teams, and processes.

You have strong leasing and customer service skills, with the ability to engage prospects, conduct tours, and convert leads into leases across various locations. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities on the go are essential. You are comfortable traveling between properties, and can jump in wherever needed to support occupancy goals,

This role requires a proactive mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with onsite teams. One year previous leasing or property management experience is preferred, along with comfort using property management systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel to each site and work on leasing files, scheduling tours, or any other time that is requested
• Answer phones, email, and post/monitor social media for the property
• Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and the tour path
• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours
• Run leasing applications
• Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications 

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
