As a Global SCM GTM Lead for SCM Manufacturing and part of SAP’s Global SCM Domain Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in defining SAP’s market leadership in Manufacturing, driving end-to-end value across the supply chain – from shop floor execution to enterprise orchestration. As part of SAP’s Global SCM Domain Advisory team, you will act as a key subject matter authority for Manufacturing and MES, helping define how SAP positions, evolves, and scales its Digital Manufacturing portfolio globally. You will translate manufacturing expertise into impactful Go-To-Market strategies, influencing how SAP wins, scales, and delivers value to customers globally. In this role, you will: Shape how SAP positions and sells Manufacturing & MES solutions globally Act as a global expert for Manufacturing and MES within SAP’s SCM organization Shape how SAP positions and differentiates its Manufacturing portfolio Drive adoption and consumption of SAP Manufacturing and MES solutions at global scale Enable customers to achieve manufacturing excellence, resilience, and scalability What we’re looking for We are seeking a deep domain expert with strong strategic mindset who brings: Proven expertise in Manufacturing, MES, and MOM environments Strong understanding of the end-to-end SCM value chain Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy, value positioning, and sales execution Ability to connect business processes, technology, and measurable outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including C-level engagement A growth mindset and the ability to operate in fast-evolving environments Build it. Act as Manufacturing and MES authority Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for SAP’s Manufacturing portfolio Bring deep expertise into customer engagements, strategic initiatives, and field enablement Strengthen SAP’s point of view in Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for SCM Make and Deliver (Manufacturing focus) Translate domain expertise into clear value propositions, use cases, and narratives Enable field teams to consistently win and deliver value in Manufacturing scenarios Lead thought leadership and innovation Identify industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities Act as a thought leader internally and externally Shape SAP’s positioning in Manufacturing, MES, and Industry 4.0 Drive cross-functional execution Collaborate with product teams, regional field organisations, partners, and customers Ensure alignment with SAP’s broader SCM, Cloud, and AI strategy Drive execution excellence and scalable impact across regions What you bring. 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing, SCM, and MES domains Strong background in enterprise software, management consulting, or solution advisory Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP ME / MII, SAP PEO, or comparable MES, MOM, or SCADA solutions Recognized as a trusted expert or thought leader in Manufacturing and MES Strong understanding of Cloud (SaaS/PaaS) and AI in manufacturing environments Ability to engage at C-level and translate business goals into value-driven solutions Proven ability to combine deep expertise with business impact at scale Belong.
