Responsibilities Management candidates will begin their employment in an extensive hands‑on Manager Training Program. The paid training program develops leadership skills and prepares candidates for a management‑level position. Advancement is based on performance. Uphold customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic’s standards for quality. Master basic employee responsibilities within your assigned department. Work hands‑on alongside employees. Train, coach, and evaluate employee performance. Ensure employees adhere to all safety regulations. Prepare and review reports, including staffing schedules and financials. Address all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs to mechanical systems and/or equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and landscaping. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Six months to one year of leadership, management, or key holder experience. Demonstrated consistent work experience. Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service. A courteous and professional demeanor. Patience, motivation, and initiative to lead others. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation. Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation. Flexibility to work at any local location and schedule flexibility to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work two night shifts and one weekend day on a weekly basis. Valid driver’s license and preferred for management positions in Carwash, Detail, and Oil Change departments.
