As we expand our services and reach, we evolve to meet those needs.The GigCoastal Payroll is hiring a California- based Account Executive/HCM Sales Consultant (mid-level) to help employers upgrade how they run payroll and manage people-without the headaches.What you'll own- Build and keep a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals- Run discovery, present HCM solutions, and close new business- Hit monthly/annual targets and keep your cadence consistent- Partner with implementation/payroll teams to hand off new clients smoothlyWhat you bring- Proven payroll sales experience (HCM/HR tech/SaaS adjacent works too)- Strong consultative selling, presenting, and relationship-building skills- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working fully remotePay range: $70,000-$85,000. Midday is for crisp demos and proposal tune-ups-tight, tailored, and no fluff. Later, you'll log notes, nudge deals forward, and swap quick updates with teammates so handoffs don't get weird.
