Currently, we are seeking a Corporate Recruiter seated out of our Dundalk, MD location, to join our Talent team in supporting the recruiting for the organization. A Day in the Life: This will be a high volume, full cycle recruiting position where you will follow the job requisition from posting the job ad, vetting resumes and talking to candidates, working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews, verbal offers, offer letters, and working with other team members in the HR department. We are looking for someone who brings a contagious energy and positive attitude to work every day!

Main Duties:

• Screen potential job applicants
• Hunt and find top talent
• Conduct prequalification phone screenings
• Complete and submit candidate writeups
• Schedule interviews
• Track candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce)
• Assist in other on-boarding duties
• Establish relationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout organization and develop recruiting plans
• Other Talent related, administrative duties

Requirements:

• 3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is required
• Staffing Agency experience a PLUS!
• Experience with using an ATS.
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Reflects a professional image and will be able to maintain confidentiality.
• High energy, "hunter" mentality.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Excels in a FAST-PACED environment.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation: Annual base salary of $65-75K. Company cell phone and laptop will also be provided. Compensation is BOE.
