TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Previous outpatient clinic experience required. GI Clinic experience preferred. License: Wisconsin or Compact license is required (pending license acceptable). Certifications: BLS certification is required. Must-Have: Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in outpatient clinics. Candidates with prior experience in GI clinics will be given preference. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The daily patient census is approximately 70. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, medication reconciliation, and patient teaching. The role includes obtaining vital signs, follow-up phone calls, and referrals. Additional responsibilities involve insurance verification and coordinating appointments. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively within a team. This position does not require the COVID-19 vaccine, but a flu vaccine is required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
