Shift hours:

Friday-Monday: 9:30am-8:00pm

Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm

What you'll do:

As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
• Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe's reputation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
