You will…Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing toolsScreen and interview qualified candidatesPartner with your leader to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segmentsBuild and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leadsPerform various customer service activities, from coaching your recruits for an interview to checking in on their first day of workGive back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizationsAerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 plus unlimited earning potential through commissions after your hourly training period. If you work hard and perform well in the job, your compensation will grow quickly. Our average recruiter makes $48,000 their first year (which includes a comprehensive training period) and $62,000 in their second year. Our top 10% of recruiters earn $68,000 their first year and $130,000 their second year.
