Chase Colgain - State Farm Agent is seeking a charismatic, organized, and professional specialist to handle sales and insurance responsibilities. The Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member role is responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential customers. This involves identifying customer needs, explaining policy options, and providing personalized recommendations. The goal is to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. We look forward to incorporating your energy and marketing perspective into our team as we build success together. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize effective communication to meet specific needs of customers while simultaneously promoting comprehensive range of insurance products.
- Prioritize establishing friendly customer relationships while ensuring accurate and reliable service.
- Apply a customer-focused approach that involves a needs-based review process to personalize solutions for customers.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to exceed office goals, accompanied by a positive and winning attitude.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Proactively solicit sales from both new and existing customers
- Capable of consistently surpassing sales goals
