As an Account Representative for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
