Skills Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic,hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions Proficiency in navigating and interpreting ladder logic in SLC500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software Experience in modifying positions and diagnosing problems onABB robots (Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700) Competency in both gas and electric welding operations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implementeffective repair procedures Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues inmanufacturing equipment Install, move, and align both new and existing equipment Set up and operate various types of machine shop equipmentaccurately d* Maintain accurate machine repair records and aneat work area Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks on plantequipment Carry out other duties as assigned by supervision or thedesignated team leader Qualifications 4+ years of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics,Robotics, and Welding Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells usingPLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics EducationRequirements Technical or vocational education (certificates or somecollege courses) EducationRequirements Credential Category Relevant technical or vocational certificates or coursework ExperienceRequirements 4 years of experience in relevant technical fields (AllenBradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, Welding) Proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells Whywork in Twinsburg, OH Twinsburg offers a welcoming community with a blend of suburbancharm and easy access to urban amenities.
