Benefits Administrator
The Planet Group
The Planet Group in Boston is seeking an Associate Benefits Administrator to support benefits administration and provide excellent employee service. You will handle enrollment, qualifying events, payroll deductions, and terminations, and prepare reports for benefits events. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3+ years in HR/Benefits, with strong communication and Excel skills. Familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus. This is a 4–6 month hybrid assignment, 35 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
