About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with clients
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
