Product Management and Marketing Manager

Job TitleVMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product management and marketing leader responsible for driving ANS (Application Networking and Security) Division's security and application delivery products and go to market initiatives.You will be working to evangelize, insert and expand VMware's vDefend lateral security and Avi Load Balancer products with customers, identify use cases, insertion strategies, drive marketing campaigns, build messaging and go-to-market collateral. You will be deeply engaged in executive-level messaging, compelling story telling, simplifying highly technical concepts to influence different types of audiences, including IT executives, technology leaders, and partner executives. Use of AI for boosting productivity as well as strategic understanding of agentic AI for evolving ANS products and messaging is critical. This ANS product team is a fast-paced start-up environment where the successful candidate will wear many hats. You'll be part of a dedicated and passionate team that thrives on the culture of open communication, thoughtful innovation, enhanced productivity, teamwork and customer success.Responsibilities:Engage closely with sales teams ANS products sales as well as customers across multiple go to market segmentsPartner closely with product management and architects on strategic direction, roadmap prioritization, product design, implementation, testing and maintenanceEngage with cross-division and corporate teams for exec level content development, with simplified and impactful messagingPartner closely with corporate PR for product launchesProduce go to marketing collateral with differentiated messaging (white papers, videos, blogs) on technical and business value of the ANS portfolio based on target audienceSpeak at conferences, vMUGs and related forumsDemonstrated ability and experience to manage teams with high productivityRequired Skills:Thorough knowledge of networking, security and load balancingClear understanding of agentic AI architecture and its implications to cloud infrastructure, security and load balancingArticulate and ability to deliver impactful message to sales teams, customers and partnersSpeaking experience on industry forums and conferencesExperience in outbound and inbound product management, marketing and business developmentRequired Education/Experience:BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 15+ years of related experience or MS in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 13+ years of related experience.*** This is an on-site office-based position in Palo Alto CA.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD To USD.
