THE ROLE


We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans across a portfolio of TTC Tour Brands' national and strategic partner accounts. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Director and leading a Partner Marketing Specialist, you'll act as the marketing lead for your portfolio, translating commercial priorities into integrated B2B and B2B2C strategies that drive bookings, revenue, partner engagement and measurable return on investment.


With accountability across partner planning, marketing investment, campaign performance and stakeholder relationships, you will use data and commercial insight to prioritize opportunities, optimize activity and recommend where partner marketing resources will deliver the greatest value.


You'll combine strategic ownership with hands on campaign leadership and strong financial management, including forecasting, invoicing and spend tracking, while partnering closely with Sales, Brand, CRM and Creative teams to deliver high impact programs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Own the development and delivery of annual and quarterly marketing plans for your assigned partner portfolio, aligning activity to commercial objectives and sales priorities.
• Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned partners, building trusted relationships with internal Sales leaders and external partner stakeholders.
• Be responsible for commercial performance and optimization - establishing clear KPIs for partner campaigns and analyzing performance to identify opportunities, underperformance and trends.
• Manage day to day budgets, invoice processing, reconciliation and co-op commitments, proactively flagging risks or variances.
• Lead the development, launch and optimization of integrated campaigns across digital, email, print and advisor facing channels.
• Delegate execution to your Partner Marketing Specialist while maintaining accountability for quality, budget and performance.
• Partner and lead cross functionally, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and partner stakeholders, representing TTC in business reviews and partner meetings.
• Manage and develop your Specialist, setting clear priorities and supporting their professional growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing processes and adopt AI powered tools to strengthen team productivity.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing plans or a portfolio of accounts and translating commercial objectives into measurable activity.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets, spend tracking and invoice management.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign or partner performance and make recommendations based on ROI, revenue or conversion.
• Experience leading complex, concurrent campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• People management or coaching experience, with the ability to delegate, prioritize and develop others.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong budget and data analysis capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing briefs, recommendations and presentations.
• Comfortable adopting and using AI-powered tools to improve marketing workflows, research, analysis, content development and productivity, with sound judgement.

Desirable:

• Experience in partner, trade, channel, B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally including exposure to national accounts, strategic partnerships, co-op/MDF programs, consortia, OTAs or other indirect sales channels.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, project management tools like Monday.com, CMS platforms and marketing performance dashboards.
• Experience within travel, hospitality or another partner led consumer industry.
• Experience using AI tools as part of day to day marketing or team workflows.

TRAVEL

Occasional travel may be required to attend partner events, meetings or support key initiatives.
