Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Identity Validation in Atlanta, GA , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $24.16 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM Thur: 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Maintain a professional front desk presence, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Support access control by monitoring entry to restricted areas, assisting with visitor sign-in procedures, and helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree. Possess 5+ years of security-related experience. Pepper spray certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
